They were able to save all of my photos from an old phone that died and place them on a new to me phone (used and inexpensive) and set up exactly like my old one. Yay! A few months later I dropped it and cracked the screen. They replaced the screen in the time that I took for me to go out and buy a cup of coffee. They are so congenial and I felt like they really want to provide a good product for a reasonable price and that I am happy when I leave.
Tyler was so helpful! If he weren’t here, I would have to drive to Roseville to get my Apple problems fixed. He also had an amazing selection of trading card games like Pokeman and Magic. Thank you, Tyler!

This store is amazing. The prices are affordable. The service is top tier. Tyler is friendly, attentive, and quick to problem solve any issue. I am so grateful to have such a wonderful service close by that can assist in fixing Apple products. I brought my iPad in last week because we couldn’t get it to charge. He said it could be time consuming and labor intensive to sort out. I told him I was in no rush; it was of the lowest priority. He had it less than a week and the cost is extremely affordable.
